Let me know if I can be of more help. – So, a customer asked you a question, you provided an answer and then at the bottom of your communication, you wrote “Let me know if I can be of more help.” Basically, you assumed that your answer was helpful. Agh… Let’s not do that. Now, if a customer wrote to you saying, “Oh man, thanks. Your answer was very helpful”, you then can do that. But you cannot preemptively decide that your answer to the customer’s inquiry was helpful to that customer.  You can, however, say instead, “Let me know if you found this helpful” or “Be sure to write if this doesn’t address the particulars of your situation, so that I can take another look.” And so on and so forth…
